2027 Prime Time Avenger

If it's just the two of you, why tow more trailer than you need? The 2027 Avenger LT 12RDX is a 16-foot, single-axle camper that weighs in at about 2,574 lbs dry with a 320 lb hitch weight, and it gives a couple everything that actually matters on a weekend away.

The layout is simple and smart. A queen bed sits up front with a full-width shelf for books, phones and the morning coffee. Across from the kitchen is a sliding dinette — the spot for meals, maps and an evening card game. There's a pantry closet and plenty of overhead storage, a microwave with the fridge below, and a rear bathroom with a shower and toilet — which means no midnight walks to the comfort station.

For its size the 12RDX is well equipped: induction cooktop, a large farmhouse sink, roof-mounted 10K A/C, tankless on-demand hot water, blackout shades and a power awning. Rear electric stabilizer jacks keep it steady once you're parked, and the smooth metal front and gold reflective windows give it a finished, modern look.

It's the kind of trailer that gets used more because it's easy — easy to tow, easy to park, easy to hook up on a Friday after work. For couples getting into camping, or empty-nesters downsizing from something bigger, the 12RDX is worth a close look.
