2027 Prime Time Avenger

Some families don't need a big trailer — they need a way in. The 2027 Avenger LT 12BHX is exactly that: a 16-foot, single-axle trailer at about 2,534 lbs dry with a 330 lb hitch weight. No slide to fuss with, a short overall length that's easy to back into a tight site, and a big step up from a tent.

What makes the 12BHX special is how much family it fits into sixteen feet. The queen bed runs across the front with a full-width shelf behind it, and along the side there's a dedicated set of bunk beds for the kids — their own space, not a converted table. A pantry closet, overhead cabinets, a microwave and a fridge tucked below the counter handle the kitchen side of things, and the rear corner holds a real bathroom with a shower and toilet. For young families, that bathroom alone is the difference between a fun weekend and a long one.

Forest River's single-axle Avenger package brings touches you don't usually see at this size: an induction cooktop and a large farmhouse sink, a roof-mounted 10K A/C for the humid July nights, a tankless on-demand water heater, blackout shades, and a power awning so the outdoor living space sets up in seconds. Rear electric stabilizer jacks, a battery disconnect and a spare tire round it out.

The 12BHX is built for the family that wants to start camping now rather than someday — light, simple to tow, and complete enough that nobody's roughing it.
