The 44PK is a family trailer built for the campground where the kids disappear after dinner and the adults get the front of the trailer to themselves. Three slides open up the living space, the king master bedroom anchors the front, and the rear bunkhouse — two full bunks plus a loft — gives the younger crowd their own zone with their own full bathroom. The living and kitchen area runs a 16.2 cubic foot stainless refrigerator, a three-burner cooktop with oven, a fireplace in the entertainment wall, and a tankless water heater so seven people can shower without scheduling. Three air conditioning units keep the whole trailer comfortable from one end to the other. Electric awnings with LED lighting extend the usable space outside, and washer/dryer prep is already roughed in for the weeks-long stays this layout is built for.

The Tufflex PVC roof carries a lifetime warranty and is fully walkable — maintenance is straightforward and the view from up there on a clear night isn't bad either. The fully enclosed underbelly pushes the comfortable camping season well into fall. At 44 feet, the 44PK is the right trailer for the family with a favourite campground and enough people to fill it properly.
